The goal of my private sessions is to co-create with you a personalized and flexible practice plan that can continue to evolve with you.

My training extends from the classical practices of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to the energetic approach of Nayana Yoga school, as well as yoga specifically designed for the feminine cycles, including pregnancy and postpartum. These tools are at the service of what we will co-create in your personal sessions.
